We are always busy and never get to the point of working on tasks. So why is it that Autopilot is a great thing? Well, for one thing, it allows us to not be distracted by the fact that we are bored. It allows us to just simply be.
You can probably guess the answer to this one. The longer we are on autopilot, the more likely our minds are to drift. And the longer we drift, the more likely we are to start getting stressed. And the longer we get stressed, the more likely we are to start using our bodies to do something we weren’t quite able to use when we were on autopilot.
